What many reviewers with low stars have written is true. It's tight and tight. The gap between the brush and the handle is larger. The bristles are harder/harder. Although they fit snugly, they are easy to put on and take off. Looking at the difference between them in my photo, the metal clip is slightly different and the inner hole is round instead of half round. The distance is not big. Every time I take the brush off and clean it, let it dry. So that the funk does not accumulate. The bristles are the biggest problem. I prefer softer. I would say Sonicare is a real medium and they are tough as nails. However, they have a crimped shaft that allows them to get between the teeth, which Sonicare doesn't have. The shape of the brush can be a problem for some. It's not as diamond-shaped as the Sonicare. Slightly flat at the ends. But for the price, these brushes work flawlessly. Damn, I don't understand why the originals are so expensive.
