Pros: Overall, this product is a great idea for dispensing various liquids. The extruded aluminum tank, which contains a highly absorbent fiber medium to minimize splashes, is very durable, as is the plastic felt holder and cap. Unfortunately, this defect is so great that it renders the product practically unusable. The hard felt tip of the chisel-tipped applicator has a rectangular shape. This leaves two huge gaps (big enough that I can actually see through) between the wall of the hole and the side of the spring. The plastic hole into which the felt-tip pen is inserted is round. The felt tip does not create a seal against the wall of the plastic hole. When I turn the pen over to touch the work piece with the tip of the applicator, liquid flows out. So, yes, I paid literally $5.40 from S&H for a "square pin in a round hole".
