Wanted to be liked but there were so many wrong things here. Starting with the packaging. These pillows were wrapped so tightly that they were very flat even after we spent time fluffing them up as instructed. It then took 2 of us 10 minutes to open the packages with scissors AND a blade. They were wrapped in SO MUCH TAPE, it was insanely stupid. Picture something from Miami PD, if you get me. It was annoying to open the packages. I wanted to throw them in the trash. Then, even after recommending what size pillowcase to buy, the covers still swallowed the pillow insert. I've bought covers separately which is great, but those insert pillows are cheap crap. DO NOT BUY THESE. Big disappointment.
