What it is for:
Beard washing is designed to clean your beard and remove any oil residue. Then you need to add oil to your beard to rejuvenate it. This is a purification process. This product is a good part of that equation. I prefer the shea flavor. The smell of hemp just smells like cheap soap. But both work effectively if you have reasonable expectations of a beard wash. In fact, I've had cleansers that dried out my beard even more. It's a good balance and it has a pump top that's hard to find.
