I added these lights to my son's truck and they do a great job and are much brighter than the old ones we replaced. At first I was worried they were going to be to bright. So we went to an empty parking lot to test them. I did have to adjust the aim down a bit, but after that everything was good. I drove towards his truck in a small car and there was actually less light scattering from these lights than the old ones. I also had him follow behind me to check how much light was hitting my rearview mirror. At a few car lengths the lights were not bothering me at all, but at a stoplight, they would, but so does every other vehicle. When we took it off road we were really amazed how well the high beams reached out and illuminated the trail ahead. I also made him drive towards me when we had the high beams on so he knows what it feels like to be blinded by them so that he won't do that to someone else. This was a really great upgrade and I recommend them fully.
