Be careful what you put this wheel on.
This is either a serious problem or they sell factory seconds. Wheel spins off center. Leaving weight on the wheel will flatten it on one side. I'm not sure if they didn't use quality products if it's just an old wheel. Can work on a handcart, just don't even leave 5lbs on it when not in use or it will look like SpongeBob.
