Review on Tripp Lite LC2400 Conditioner Outlet by Michael Kosack

Actual continuous current draw is 12 amps/1500 watts. Intermittently correct 15 amps/1800w. The information they give, while not incorrect, is misleading. See the attached photo of the power cord. That's the reason for 4 stars - so far. After reading the reviews about the hum, their customer service department said if it hums, send it back. There is no internal fan. The device is silent. I read about switching clicks - the sound is very fast and not even a click. Unless it's a recording studio with live mics, I see no reason why anyone should care. Reading that the unit should be replaced annually because the unit continues to work after the "sacrificial parts" burned out (presumably in a major riot), the maintenance department says it will no longer work. I only received it on 02/27/17, so I can't comment on long-term use. If you don't see an update, it's still useful.
