Quality control could be improved

The thickness of the front rotors I got was 23.1mm (0.911 inch). I got it a few days ago but it looks like they didn't apply the acid properly; disposal of used/returned items; old inventory and missed quality control. Now I'm wondering if the Silver Zinc Dicromate coating will work on them as it has failed to prevent rust and corrosion throughout the vented area (see attached photos). I will update the information as soon as I see the seller's response to this review.
