I bought another cold air intake because I just got tired of the pipe cracking every day! Looks great under the hood. All devices were there. Requires very little mechanical experience to install. I also installed a throttle valve seal, they complement each other very well in terms of sound and performance. Update: The aluminum tube is about an inch shorter. About every week it pops up and I have to fiddle with it. Tried different clamps, still doesn't work. The only solution is to install another air intake that is appropriate in size.
