I was so amazed at how quick and easy it was to set up and use. I have sleep apnea and was curious if this works and if it works better than I expected. I was concerned because I am a plus size woman so my wrist is quite large but the device is perfect for my wrist with a lot more room to stretch for someone with a larger wrist or even a tall man will have no problem using it to get comfortable. That part of the finger took some getting used to, it's very flexible but wide so it rubs against other fingers. It doesn't hurt or burn, just feels different but better than the clip-on devices I had to wear on my finger. I love how quick and easy it is to sync your device to your phone. Just keep in mind that you have to detach the finger block from the bracelet to sync, or at least think I had to. But once you sync your device, you can see your results. I love that it shows your results in two different chart views (as you can see in the images). it must be shown to a doctor. I definitely recommend this device.
