When I first received this keyboard, I really liked it. I originally bought it to pair with my Fire 8 HD tablet, but then decided to pair it with my MBP since the keyboard functions were configured the same as Mac keyboards. I thought I got a bargain when I bought this Bluetooth backlit keyboard for less than $30. After a little over a month of very sparing use, the keyboard stopped charging via micro-USB. When playing with a micro USB connection to the keyboard's charging port, I can start charging, but as soon as I release it, it stops. I even tried setting it up to put some pressure on the connection but it doesn't take more than 10-15 seconds. It's definitely a faulty charging port as I've tried many cables and power adapters to see if that fixes the problem but nothing seems to help. Of course, it worked long enough to get through the return window before it broke. *Update #1* They contacted me after writing this review and said they'd like to talk to me about it. further when I contacted them through their storefront support page. I sent them a message but haven't received anything from them yet. I will revise this review once/when I get a response from them depending on what their support team decided on this issue. but I never heard from him again. In the last 3 weeks I have tried 5 times to contact them in 3 different ways. First I tried twice to contact them through their support page on the Revain store. Having still not received a response, I tried contacting them through their support email. Again there is no answer. I then went through the packaging the keyboard was originally packaged in hoping to find a phone number to call, but ended up finding a warranty card that offered an 18 month warranty on the failed KM12 keyboard. I then submitted two warranty claims because I did not receive a response to my original warranty claim. This is incredibly frustrating! They have approached me publicly in Revain product reviews to show their support for their product; Apparently this was all just for show as despite the various methods I tried I get no response from them. The fact that this product is under warranty for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty and I can't even get them to respond to my warranty request is a testament to their blatant disregard for their product and their customers! I've followed all the protocols required to cover the KM12 keyboard and I deserve at least a reply to let me know about any issues with my warranty that they don't enforce. I cannot stress enough my dissatisfaction with the company and their customer service which annoys me more than the faulty product they sold me.
