It is completely unusable for drinking coffee out of! First things first: I invested in a coffee maker. She put in about a week's worth of labor and produced some delicious coffee (everything suited for this price). In a couple of days, she completely lost it. The warranty company agreed to cover the vehicle. A repair took around one and a half months to complete (delivery of a broken part). They brought it back after the repair, but the coffee machine began to perform much less well: the coffee had a very liquid consistency that was somewhat thicker than that produced by a standard drip coffee maker. The flavor is very repulsive! Notwithstanding this, I want to emphasize that initially (during the first few days of labor, before there was a breakdown), the quality was satisfactory. We sent it back to have a second look at it. After returning a few days later, they reported that there were no problems with anything. Nonetheless, she persists in preparing coffee that is repulsive and tastes nothing at all like what it did when it was first made. If another person who has a Hong Kong coffee machine reads this, I would be pleased to compare the quality of coffee produced by my machine with someone else's machine if they also make Hong Kong coffee. For the time being, I'm considering submitting an application for an independent assessment because it's physically difficult for me to consume it ((((
