It is good for power tools and hand tools
This set does the job. The clips work well and hold the corners of my picture frames well. The pliers are as cheap as they come. Not forever, but as long as I don't have broken picture frames all the time, it should last long enough. You might not even need pliers if you have the strength, which I don't have.
