I like that they are easygoing, understand what you want them do with your app as well give input in regards to where improvements could be made or areas not covered by their team. They have good expertise but sometimes it's hard to catch up when there is always work going one so if someone else has left then its difficult keeping track of everything thats been done since last time we spoke etc. Its very important to get this information from people who've worked before at other companies/companies doing similar things because otherwise you can end up wasting hours trying something simple which would take minutes (or even seconds) once explained properly!
