I like that they are easygoing, understand what you want them do with your app as well give input in regards to where improvements could be made or areas not covered by their team. The best part about concept is its ability in providing an excellent user interface as well, which makes it easy & simple enough even by newbies like me! I have used this software only once but i am totally satisfied with their service quality they provide us at such reasonable prices too!! It's not much expensive compared other services out there so definitely go ahead if you wish your business will be benefited from using them :) Nothing specific that comes across my mind right now though :).
