Shin pain my pros and cons
I wear a men's size 11. They were a bit big. I had great squat stability, but my shins were in severe pain for the next 2 days. I really liked the black and red design, but unfortunately I had to do without it due to pain in my lower leg.
Pros
- Great shoes. This is a narrower shoe than many weightlifting models. If you are unsure of the size, I would go up a half size.
Cons
- Heavy for cross training
