So I don't often leave negative reviews, but I have no other way to contact the seller. First, I followed the directions for the T and the wheels don't rise to the correct height. Second, the bolts are already flexing, and so is the lever (at the turning point). The rating goes beyond the scale, it can be halved. Since the wheels don't lift, they don't spin either, making it almost impossible to move my desktop around. **Update: After about a week I still haven't contacted anyone for customer support. I also ordered a set from iCore and there is a big difference. All the metal is thicker, the wheels are bigger, and the wheel mounts are practically parallel to the ground when they come up.
