I like that they have such an extensive amount in their database which is really helpful when doing research or finding potential candidates who fit your needs/requirements best! They do not offer much customization options so be prepared with what exactly u're looking fot as far customizing goes because there isn't enough flexibility here (at least from my experience).

The platform itself can sometimes get confusing if one does'nt know how things work but once again this has nothing too specific about PDL other than just knowing where everything fits into place compared ot others out therse -.- If anyone's considering using them make sure yor able tto use all features available otherwise its gonna end up being quite useless since some info might become outdated quickly after registering / signingup etc.. For me personally i was trying find qualified talent within our team specifically focusing more towards marketing & digital media side however having access through pdls helps us narrow down those possibilities.
