I've been stocking up on milling cutters lately and I'm tired of buying cheap bits, they just don't hold and don't cut that well good as Freud. I bought this beat because I felt like I was overpaying for HD, at $1.10 a foot for a medium sized bay, it just didn't feel right. I did the math and by purchasing an all pine 1x4 I was able to make my own curtain rod for less than half the HD fees. As you can see from the photos, it looks just as good as store bought. The only lint on it was from my table saw. The cutter made perfect cuts. I made 2 passes so I put too much pressure on the racquet. But 2 passes over almost 100 feet of bank and the last cut was just as good as the first. This will of course last a long time. Cheaper bits just don't cut as well or last as long as Freud. At least the ones I've tried. This beat has already paid off. I'm glad I bought it, I will buy it without hesitation.
