The software is easy to use, so it's very helpful for my work as an IT consultant because I can access all of our customers' network devices from any device that has internet connection (such us mobile phones).

It also helps me easily keep track about every task we have at one place instead having multiple files or emails which take up space over time when you need them later down your line; like after hours problems where everyone else had left home already but needed something solved urgently due its impact/impact management etc.,.
