Once you get the hang of it, it works great!
I read reviews about the slices becoming mush so I took a chance and indeed the first slice started out fine but then got thin as I squeezed the handles. So I thought how do I keep these handles separate? I put my index finger between them so they stay separate and voila! This was just my first try so it gets better with practice but it lives up to the hype. Just don't handle the handles like a knife!
