Quality product and excellent customer service.

This works great for keeping my two GSPs warm in the RV on a cold Utah winter and is also great for their kennel/home. I made them in New Mexico. While I don't know how comfortable plastic can be, dogs don't seem to mind and enjoy the warmth that they don't get too hot. My first unit died after about 35 days of use, but after contacting Farm Innovators, after troubleshooting, they quickly sent a replacement to make sure it wasn't just user error. Overall quite happy but 4 stars as I need a replacement.
