After using a bulky executive chair, I found that this one better met my needs. The lateral ribs provide excellent support for the back and lower back, preventing any slouching. Even with no clothing on, my body did not perspire, thus I was delighted with the materials and workmanship. The assembly time was less than 20 minutes and there were no issues. The narrow pillow, creaking wheels, and basic plastic construction are all drawbacks. The first drawback is shared by nearly all chairs in this price range (they all have identical armrests and mechanics), while the second is attributable to the metal cross. I'm not sure how practical it would be to use it. also, there were no plastic-related issues. It would be great if the pillow was a little bigger and had the same stuffing as the one for your lower back. Otherwise, the chair is fine and you may have it for fifteen dollars.
