Don't expect too much, the design matches the price. Nothing happened when I first connected the fans, but when I connected them directly to the fan extension they worked fine. I used a volt meter and found the wire was connected backwards, also when I removed the foam pad to check the wires the soldering was very poor, one wire was barely connected. So I'm going to remove the wire and re-solder, but I think most people who buy something like this just expect it to work and it's too cheap to send back.
