I purchased this product and followed the instructions. When I tried to extract the teeth, part of the teeth came off and the mold on my teeth hardened. The first photo shows the beginning. It took me 8 hours of plucking and scratching to get to the second photo. The website says to soak a washcloth in boiling water to soften it. Have you ever tried putting a boiling rag in your mouth? It burns your gums and roof of your mouth. I called a dentist friend of mine and he couldn't find a solution either. I'm about to get the rest on day 2. My friend said he was surprised this product was on the market. BIG BOLD ZERO FOR THIS PRODUCT.
