I used it for my motorcycle and zip keys. I stopped for lunch in the middle of my trip and was leaving to get my keys when I realized the bunch of keys had flown away along with the key to my lock. Luckily I didn't fully secure my helmet otherwise I would have had a bad rest of the day. Overall the design was good, I really liked it, but if you choose to do this use either Loctite on the screws or your own ring instead of the tiny U-bolt. Otherwise it will be a matter of time.
