Quality looks good for the price I just want it to fit. Beware, it's too big for the Pollak brand outlet that came OEM from my 2016 Sprinter van. The seller contacted me immediately after I left a 1 star rating and offered to fix the problem. He was very professional, apologized for the installation problem and refunded the money immediately. Although this product did not serve my purpose, the customer service was excellent and for that I give 5 stars. I want it to fit as I think it is a well made product.
