star rating questions aren't entirely fair to them as they aren't stereotypical sponges. They do not absorb moisture because they are made of silicone. So I had to give that one star. However, because they are made of silicone, they are easier to keep clean and prevent mold. So five stars for easy cleaning. So while it looks like it's balanced, it really just zeros the rating. So the star rating is based on their scent and then what people are rating overall. So my advice is to go to Revain's written reviews as the algorithms are disabled but they still try to put everything in little boxes. Now for my actual review of the scrubber. Those are interesting little things. It was a little difficult for me to get used to them. I kept dropping dishes because they're a lot slippery than regular sponges or washcloths. They also don't foam as much. They clean well and don't scratch anything. They bend very easily. So you can easily get into cracks, nooks and crannies. I have Raynaud's disease, arthritis and myositis and its use has not caused me any joint problems. You wouldn't think washing up would be a problem, but on a cold New England morning, trying to squeeze a sponge can be like trying to squeeze a rock covered in broken glass while alcohol spills over your cut hand. I used to use washcloths, but they always smelled disgusting and had to be changed often. Also, they never seemed to do their jobs well. These do for now. They also dry quickly and are very easy to care for. There is also no smell of mold because no water can be trapped. I haven't had them long enough to say how long they will last, but being silicone I'm hoping they will last a reasonable amount of time. coasters and body scrubbers. I use one for my cup of coffee. I always spill some hot coffee on my table when I put my cup down. It saves me from using tons of electric towels and burning a ring on my desk. By the time I get up it's already dried in the scrubber and I just wash it off when I have my mug. If it's not dry I just bend it and put it in my cup. Anyway, my table is free. I use another in the shower as a body scrub. And that's great because a silicone body scrub costs about $10 and you can get 7 packs for the same price. The only thing I would wish for is stronger loops so it can be hung. I've sort of torn two without even hanging them up. Although he holds on to the soul. So who knows. They still do their job without loops. I'm happy with them. Can't beat the price.
