An unsatisfactory trip to the store was experienced.
Recently, I made a purchase at UrBestSelf, and I must say that I was underwhelmed by the overall standard of their offerings. When it arrived, the planner I purchased had pages that were missing, and the office supplies were of a low quality. Their customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns, which was extremely frustrating. In general, it was a trying experience to go purchasing.
