I usually use them for water and iced tea as they keep liquids nice and cold without ice. I've used them for coffee and they keep it warm to the last drop. I still prefer a cup at home. Would be nice for a car in the morning but I don't actually use covers and have no idea how good they are. I wanted to get away from my double insulated plastic thermal goggles because who knows if they are harmful or not. It's great, but I hand wash them. If you had a large family, this could be a real pain. I only use them for myself. However, it wears off very easily. I love rose gold!
