UPDATE (JUNE 15, 2018): It's been over 8 months now and they're still working great AND I haven't had to change the batteries. none! Again, these lights are in a busy hallway where the lights are turned on at least 20 times a day. Despite this, the batteries are still draining! FIRST REVIEW: Great cordless lights for places where lighting would be useful but you don't want the hassle and expense of hiring an electrician to wire the lighting. I have four of these lamps on the shelves in the hallway. There are many pedestrians in this corridor. In the evening, these lights are turned on at least 20 times by passers-by. I've had these flashlights for 2 full months and the original batteries are still fine. Please note that these "white" lights are fairly cold temperature lights. I would estimate 5000K. If you're looking for something a little warmer (ie a little more yellow), go for the "warm white" version.
