Revain Warehouse Gamble

* Pay attention to the picture, a very disorganized ATM! *I bought this monitor from the Revain Warehouse (mostly open box) for next to nothing. The description said it had a big mark on the side as it might not have been ideal for use I reluctantly bought it for just $180 with some refunds from a previous purchase where I spent $130 total spent dollars. The monitor arrived intact, without marks, in perfect condition. Funny. That aside: Pros: - 240Hz, fast, responsive and gives you an edge in FPS - Game profiles offer special customizable presets to suit your specific needs - Brightness and sharpness are great but overall lack of color customization - (if You can buy one in stock) you won't find a cheaper 240hz monitor - easy to install ArmCons: - the menus are not up to date and navigating at your handicap forces you to choose your colors on the Nvidia control panel toning is terrible, even a nightmare. I've had about 4 monitors, from 60Hz to 240, and none of them had a stand as horrible as this one. Whoever develops them deserves a psychological evaluation before going back to work at LG because it's so bad. If you don't plan on wearing this on your arm, don't buy it, you will NOT have a PERFECT place for a mouse pad and COMFORTABLE keyboard. On the other hand if you are investing in 240hz and not planning on acquiring a hand you are doing it wrong just lol. Physical menu navigation button: Small plastic protrusion which is not ideal, I would have preferred the Asus VG24. arrows above.
