Bought this radio for our new SxS. About a month ago the volume stopped working when the radio was on. Thinking it needed to be reset, I turned it off only to find it was no longer on. Since this block was specially built into the dashboard (in a closed cockpit - never got wet), I didn't remove it immediately to check it. I checked everything carefully, expecting to find a bad connection or a blown fuse. The fuse has not blown, all wires are OK - power and ground. dead radio It's such a disappointment because this radio was exactly what we needed and we were happy with it - when it worked! Now it's just wasted money if Herdio doesn't step in and make things right as they suggest other dead radio owners should. In that case I will update my rating but for now - 1 star. Update: After posting this review, I was immediately contacted by the Herdio customer service team. I received the new device with no problems and in three days it was installed and working as well. Original when it was new. I give 4 stars for excellent service.
