Compatible with Vesa only if you don't use the audio and HDMI ports

This monitor was cheap and seemed like a good choice for a dual monitor setup in my home office setup. Unfortunately, the location of the VESA-compatible screws resulted in the brackets covering the HDMI and audio ports. This made the monitor completely unusable for my purposes.
