We can even set up ticket categories which helps in managing all incoming requests more efficiently.- It is also very flexible so you don't have to do anything extra if your business expands or contracts by adding new employees etc., I would highly recommend this product because its quite affordable compared other softwares out there too:-) If nothing else - try their 10 day demo if they offer such option atleast once.
