First of all, this is a large, huge piece of fabric where nothing can be seen where the end is and where what. I thought it was multiple parts but it isn't. There are 4 little bands (don't know what else to call them) connected to the material, once you find them don't lose sight of them lol they are corners and should be easier to look at once attach to your frame. You will find these places. Together it is easier and faster. We have a canopy with rods, each of which has spheres on it. There are no holes in the fabric so you have to make them yourself (I haven't done this yet). It's not thick, it's very transparent. The best advice I can give is to just open it all the way up, throw it over the canopy and move it around as needed until it fits properly. It looks pretty good when it's on. Comes with 4 small ribbons to tie if you want.
