My spider web feather duster arrived a bit squished as some other reviewers mentioned. I emailed the seller and received an immediate response. Johnny from Eversprout sent me a new duster attachment and made sure everything is in order. As for the quality of the vacuum cleaner, it is very durable and works well. In fact, I bought this tool to clean baseboards and floor corners that my robot vacuum can't reach. As I walked this around the house, I used some damp old washcloths to wipe cobwebs and dirt off the head of the rag. I've also used it to dust the back of the dresser and secretary; much more effective than trying to wipe them off with a rag or rag. I don't like cleaning but I love a clean house and this is my new favorite cleaning toy, well after my robot vacuum cleaner maybe!
