Review on 📚 Restaurant Organizer 2019 Server Book by Johnny Chambers

Well I like how much more organized I am using this book. On the right I have my check book, in the pocket behind it are special books and lists, on the left I put my closed checks and checks on the tables. Coins in zip pocket, cash in right side pocket. It folds well and the spine is thick enough not to sag when there is a lot of money in it. You can place the pen on the inside of the spine of the book or use the pen holder on the side. I have trouble remembering to use the pen holder strap, so I just slip my pens into the pen pocket on my Ritz CL3PWACBK 4-pocket waist serving apron. The left pocket is perfect for this book. Clean and tidy, got several compliments from other servers and hosts. Very durable! I just wish the corner of the plastic credit card holder was a little looser. I don't put credit cards in it, but I would put unopened credit cards in it if it was loose enough. It's very tight, but it's supposed to save CC, so *shrugs*
