The customer service is excellent! They are very knowledgeable about their products as well as other companies' offerings in this industry.

I have never had to wait for anything from them - they always respond quickly when we need something fixed or updated with our software system (which includes all aspects). When purchasing new equipment it takes time to get installed but once complete there has not been any issues since then either!! We use MBCS primarily because my husband works at home so he can do his work anywhere around me without having to go into office space which would be extremely costly if purchased elsewhere.
