Review on 🍚 Cuisinart CRC-800P1 Silver 8-Cup Rice Cooker by Keith Stuckey

Update: 10 years later it is still one of my most used household appliances. Works perfect! We use this rice cooker 2-3 times a week and it's amazing. Feel free to buy it. Will last for years. Mine is still working just as perfectly as the day I bought it. The return is worth the money! I'm very glad I didn't see the negative reviews (most of which were written over a year ago) until after I placed my order. THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING! I followed the very simple instructions in the owner's manual and also followed their advice of spraying the pan with non-stick cooking spray, cooked the maximum amount of rice, and it came out PERFECT! no boils at all. I didn't have to resort to any of the "tricks" mentioned in previous reviews, this product just nailed it. Is it possible that Cuisinart fixed the previous bug? I do not know. All I know is that this made perfect rice, no mess. Clear. I should mention that when it came time to clean up dinner the rice bowl was literally wiped clean. No sticky rice, no mess. The components can also be washed in the dishwasher, which is nice. ***UPDATE*** over 8 months later. I STILL LOVE MY RICE COOKER! It's on my counter next to the Cuisinart coffee pot because we use that rice cooker a lot! SO EASY, even my teens can make rice! We have cooked several different types of rice with this appliance without any problems. I still love this rice cooker! We use it a lot, it works great like new. I hope this will be in our family for a long time. My daughter wants it when she moves in.
