no charger or remote control, used and damaged! I really don't understand how this happened. I order a lot of goods from you and it seems that your electronics are not checked very carefully. I ordered a big screen TV and the first one I received had a broken screen, the second one you sent me had no sound at all! I enjoy working with your company but I must tell you that I am very dissatisfied with some of your products. I can't tell you how it makes me look because I order your products for the elderly here at the nursing home. We are in quarantine so it is convenient for me to trust you and your products.
