I love this perch. I have 5 cats and needed another perch that more than 1 can use at a time. I have two 19 lbs. cats and it is hard to find something sturdy and wide enough so that they fit comfortably. It is perfect. There are 3 cushioned beds and 2 cubbies, one small and one large. The large one is low so that my elderly cat can still climb on it. He loves it. Putting it together took me 1.5 hours but I was watching TV at the same time so it is not fair. Everything was there, even a couple of extra screws, just in case. The only bad thing I have to say about this so far is the smell! It is not a good "new" smell. But I used catnip on all the platforms to attract the cats and it worked. The smell was gone by the next morning. I hope it lasts a long time but it seems to be of good quality, and it is sturdy. There is an option to secure it to the wall but I have mine in front of the window so I am not using that. When my 19 lbs. cat gets down from the top beds, it wobbles a little but it is not going down.
