Needs to be replaced every 3 months
All of my four mops broke where they were supposed to be attached to the mop after a few uses. I contacted the company about this and they just sent me 2 mop heads. They said that the mop heads needed to be changed every 3 months. This should have been mentioned in the product description. That's ridiculous. So bad for the environment. After reading my review, the company contacted and said they would send additional mop heads if I deleted my review. I suspect that's why they got so many positive reviews despite the poor quality of the mop heads. What's the point of buying extra mop heads that break after a few uses?
