I love how this tool helped me to focus my marketing efforts - both digital & offline- in order to reach customers where they are at! We used it as an additional channel along with other tactics like advertising our website or using social media platforms such as Facebook messenger bots etc (as well as email automation). It was great being able use all of these channels together without having separate accounts which could be very expensive if you have many employees/customers spread across multiple countries / timezones!! Also loved that we were not limited by just working within one platform only but also into several different ones simultaneously so each had their own benefits when reaching out via specific mediums e..g video content vs blog post sharing. There is nothing much from what i can think about right now unless maybe there's something new since last year? Maybe try them first before deciding whether.
