they are just as good as a $30 kit from Harley Davidson. The reason for the 4 stars is the packaging. The bulbs were inserted into the lens caps leaving a small scratch on the plastic lens. I've had the same HD lens caps for years, and a little polishing of the aluminum removes minor scratches and a foggy look from the lenses, so it's no big deal. The bulbs are NOT marked so remember evenly spaced bulbs are REAR bulbs and offset bulbs are FRONT bulbs: I would buy them again as they are exactly the same as the HD kits at HALF the price.
