Really good!: Bars & drinks
These are my favorite protein bars. Low in calories, high in protein and they satisfy my sweet tooth without me wanting to eat a whole box. I have a feeling you might get constipated if there are too many because the consistency is like a "hard brownie". I personally prefer this type of sequence to some others. I docked a star because sometimes they are not very fresh. I will continue to order and eat them, but I'm always a bit disappointed when I eat the first one out of a new box and it's stale. However, I count calories and it's too convenient for what I need and I want to dock more than that.
