Exactly what I was looking for! (almost two years!)

I had a toilet seat that rocked for a long time. The problem was I couldn't reach the handles to tighten them because I have a one piece toilet so the only way to get to the handles is to remove the entire toilet. So it wasn't an option. So we had to contend with a loose toilet seat. UNTIL I FIND THOSE "Bottom Hole Hinges with Top Nuts" to fit in there and secure the seat!
