Front panel sewn upside down so the chinchilla can't jump in when you hang them on the top of the cage unless you have an edge to open. I would happily trade it in for a new one because my chin LOVED the last one we had. Our last one had to be replaced because it had bitten off the name on the front ("Monogatari Bread”) as it was an appliqué of some sort. The new style is an improvement as the name is screen printed directly onto the material so he won't be tempted to chew on it. I just wish it wasn't upside down! I tried to leave a review for the seller, but this product failed to leave a review. I hope someone reads this and gets in touch with me!
