I like that it's easy. You can record your conversations, and you can send mass messages at once. Some of my customers are very picky. They only answer if they receive a call. In order to get more clients I had to add another software. Maybe there is something to connect the phone numbers in the Hotlead database to the client's telephone numbers. And this was something I didn't expect to come from a free package. There is so much in free that i have no idea what to choose. Also, for our small business some services are hard in free packages. It also take time to set up. A lot of clients have problems receiving calls. At first they don't know how to use this service because they think the caller id will give them information about the caller and not about someone called by them. If I'd known I would've had something else set up. It worked when we started using it but it has become difficult now. A lot of the other apps don't even work with asterisk anymore. The best thing i like about hot lead is their support team, they are very good at customer service. I dont find anything bad in this product. They have made our life easier by providing us with a fully functional soft phone that supports many platforms and also helps us manage incoming calls from many different countries. It was not easy for us to get used to using it initially but as time passes, we got better at it. We use it to handle our incoming calls from various countries.
