The ease of use, the speed at which it can be deployed, and the ability to see data in a way that makes sense. It's not perfect, but I've been able to find my way around it well enough for my needs. There are some things that could be improved. For example, there are two ways to do something (the first being the most intuitive), so sometimes it takes me a few tries before I get it right. Also, the interface is not as pretty as others out there. If you're looking for an easy-to-use system for your eSSTs, this one will work for you. We're using it to monitor our eSSTs and have found it very easy to set up and use.
